ORDERING REPLACEMENT CONTACT LENSES:
Patients of Bonita Point Family Optometry Only
As a convience to our patients we offer online ordering of replacement contact lenses provided that your prescription is current. As a general rule if you have had a contact lens evaluation within the past 12 months we consider that current. Anything past 12 months will be dependant upon risk factors such as eye health, overall prescription and general medical health. However, if you feel there is any change in vision we recommend you have us check you first to maximize your vision. Your order will be reviewed by our office for verification and if we have any concerns or questions we will be sure to contact you via phone or email.
Please note that if you are on your last contact lens and are having any problems with it call our office and we will do our best to get you a temporary trial lens immediately so we do not compromise the health of your eyes. You can still order your lenses to get the process started.
We do not offer contact lenses to non-patients.
HOW TO ORDER CONTACTS LENSES:
To order replacement contact lenses either call our office at (619) 267-9900, email us or, go to the following WEBSITE which will redirect you to our partner laboratory for your order. This lab will communicate with us for all verfications before ordering. (If the link doesn't work go to http://www.visionsource-bpopt.com/ and look for the express contact lens link at the upper right top.) If ordering online you may be required to pay for shipping from the lab (i.e. one or two box purchases) but if you call the office or email us to order lenses and pick up at the office there is no shipping charge.
